Chucky Cheeze Trademark Paperwork + New Reddit Design + Archival Website Renovation

 On July 28, 2026, I searched the global brand database at wipo.int to check for any records of Chucky Cheeze submitted trademarks. To my surprise, there were not one, not two, but three different files regarding the Chucky Cheeze trademark.

The first application was submitted on August 28, 2006 (top result), the second on March 26, 2009 (middle result), and the third on the same date as the second (bottom result). The first application from 2006 had the applicant/holder name of S.A. DE C.V. and a representative with the name MAYRA FERNANDA DEL ROCIO ALBARRAN MEDINA. The ones from 2009 had the applicant/holder name of JON DEE NOE and the representative being LUIS FELIPE CASTRO BARRERA. It is unclear at the moment who these individuals are, but we are still investigating.

I've also found a third-party observer application published on December 6, 2006, complaining that the Chucky Cheeze logo was too similar to the original CEC Cool Chuck design.

New Costume Finding

 And once again, we have found another major thing we didn't get to see as much throughout the search, and that is the costume of Chucky Cheeze!

On how we found this was because of the nephews from that one Payaso Papos commercial we found recently

The nephews of this clown commented on my video (ShaunnyBoi), mentioning they know a bit about the place.

Around 11:58PM of September 28, another video of Payaso Papos performing at the Plaza Caracol as he mentioned in the advertisement was found with a clip of the Chucky Cheeze mascot dancing with a few other kids rapping on the stage

(Clip is about 20 seconds long and appears from 1:37 - 1:57)

This video was uploaded on February 8, 2011, a few years after the popular Chucky Cheeze commercial came out with the mascot, though the event in this video was probably around 2009. The costume in this video, however, either might have some minor changes, or another has been used.

One more quick update, recently some photos of the abandoned interior were found on multiple mexican comercial rental sites.
