On July 28, 2026, I searched the global brand database at wipo.int to check for any records of Chucky Cheeze submitted trademarks. To my surprise, there were not one, not two, but three different files regarding the Chucky Cheeze trademark.
The first application was submitted on August 28, 2006 (top result), the second on March 26, 2009 (middle result), and the third on the same date as the second (bottom result). The first application from 2006 had the applicant/holder name of S.A. DE C.V. and a representative with the name MAYRA FERNANDA DEL ROCIO ALBARRAN MEDINA. The ones from 2009 had the applicant/holder name of JON DEE NOE and the representative being LUIS FELIPE CASTRO BARRERA. It is unclear at the moment who these individuals are, but we are still investigating.

I've also found a third-party observer application published on December 6, 2006, complaining that the Chucky Cheeze logo was too similar to the original CEC Cool Chuck design.
